Social Work Day at the Capitol is an opportunity for social workers and social work students to advocate for their profession, learn about the legislative process, and take an active role in shaping policies that promote social justice and enhance the well-being of communities.

We encourage you to stay involved with the SD legislature by visiting https://sdlegislature.gov/, by watching for member emails regarding advocacy alerts, and by considering becoming a member of the NASW SD Advocacy Committee.
