This committee works to enhance the education and professional development of social workers across the state. The focus is to foster an environment that promotes integrity, competence, and a deep understanding of the diverse needs of the communities NASW-SD serves. Their responsibilities are to coordinate events within regions and statewide; ensuring members have access to CE opportunities, virtual and in person events to support a social worker's ethical responsibility of lifelong learning and the importance of human relationships.
